Troys Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake

This legit tastes like a real milkshake. Use a desert or even meal replacement.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened 

  • 2 TBLSP 100% cocoa powder (I use this)

  • 2 TBLSP all natural no sugar added peanut butter (I use this)

  • 2 TBLSP collagen protein powder (I use this)

  • 1 TBLSP MCT oil (I Use this)

  • 1/2 tsp powdered stevia (I use this)

  • 2 drops liquid stevia (if you don’t have you can use more powdered or vice versa) (I use this)

  • 1/4 TSP pink salt 

Method

  • Place ingredients in a blender and blend for 45 seconds.

  • For even more fat and thickness, add two tablespoons of heavy cream. (Optional)

Fat: 34.5g, Protein: 20g, Net carbs: 6g

Fat: 44.5g, Protein: 20g, Net carbs 6g with heavy cream.
