Troys Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake
/This legit tastes like a real milkshake. Use a desert or even meal replacement.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened 
- 2 TBLSP 100% cocoa powder (I use this) 
- 2 TBLSP all natural no sugar added peanut butter (I use this) 
- 2 TBLSP collagen protein powder (I use this) 
- 1 TBLSP MCT oil (I Use this) 
- 1/2 tsp powdered stevia (I use this) 
- 2 drops liquid stevia (if you don’t have you can use more powdered or vice versa) (I use this) 
- 1/4 TSP pink salt 
Method
- Place ingredients in a blender and blend for 45 seconds. 
- For even more fat and thickness, add two tablespoons of heavy cream. (Optional)
