One of the biggest issues with Buffalo wings is the sauce. They tend to use sugar based sauces OR when they have no sugar they are using toxic oils like canola or soybean oil in the sauce then fried at high temperatures. This is a recipe for disaster!
This recipe is not only Keto friendly, tastes incredible but contains no seed oils at all!

Baking Powder (Or Make your own corn starch free which is just 1 part Baking soda, 2 parts cream of tartar. this is what I do to avoid the corn starch)
Pink or Sea Salt
Thaw Chicken wings
Place in large bowl
Add 1 Tbsp Baking Powder OR 1 TSP Baking Soda and 2 TSP Cream of Tartar)
Add 1 TSP Salt (Pink or Sea Salt)
Add 1/2 TSP Black Pepper
Mix well with hands
Preheat air fryer to 390 for 3 minutes.
Pause and then add chicken wings, do not stack on top of one another! You need air flow.
Fry for 10 minutes
Pause, take out and flip.
Fry for another 10 minutes
Enjoy without sauce or add sauce as needed.
