Picadillo is basically Puerto Rican Chilli without beans. It’s perfectly Keto friendly as long as you don’t serve it traditionally with rice! I have combined an authentic recipe with chaffles and customized a bit for an awesome easy to make meal!
Ingredients for Picadillo:

1 packet of Sazon Culantro y Achioti seasoning
1 packet of Goya ham seasoning
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of oregano
8 ounce can of tomato sace
2 garlic cloves
2 TBSLP of Sofrito (I use the Jar one from the grocery store but plan on making from scratch soon. When I do I will post recipe)
Handful of cilantro
