Keto Crackers


  • 200 grams Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 80 grams Cream Cheese

  • 100 grams Almond Flour

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Fresh Parsley


  • Preheat oven to 400

  • Add mozzarella and cream cheese in a large bowl. Cook in microwave for 1 minute

  • Mix well

  • Add black pepper (to taste but I cover about half the dough)

  • Add fresh parsley and Mix (to taste but I cover about half the dough)

  • Add almond flower and mix

  • Kneed dough until there is no more loose almond flour and dough is texture of real dough.

  • Spread out on parchment paper

  • Place another piece of parchment paper over top and use a rolling pin to roll flat in every direction.

  • Place in oven for at least 15 minutes on 400 or until golden brown and crispy.

  • Use a pizza cutter and cut into crackers by using vertical and horizontal lines.
