Keto Sous Vide Scrambled Eggs with Bacon and Pancakes
/Scrambled Eggs
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs 
- 2.5 tablespoons heavy cream 
- 1 tablespoon butter 
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded 
- Pinch of salt. 
Directions:
- Sous vide for 40 min at 170. 
- Halfway through take bag out and flatten to cook evenly. 
Bacon
- Use a high quality organic bacon 
- Place strips on baking sheet 
- Put into a cold oven 
- Cook on 375 for 10 minutes 
- Take out and flip 
- Cook another 10 minutes at 375 and check to see if bacon is crispy 
- Keep cooking until tips are dark and bacon is not flimsy 
- Take out and place onto plate with paper towel 
- Flip and dry completely. 
Pancakes
- Buy Know Foods pancake mix and syrup 
- Follow instructions on label. I like to use a little less water than recommended. 
- Heat griddle or pan very high 
- Place butter on pan 
- Pour batter in pan and cook aprox 20-30 seconds. With a metal spatula check bottom. 
- Once it’s dark and looks a little burned flip and cook another 20 seconds. 
- Outside should be crispy, inside should be soft and fluffy. 
- Key is to always cook in butter! 
- Top with Know Foods syrup
