Gayle’s Keto Italian Gravy


  • Tomato Paste 16oz (Check brand and get lowest carb possible)

  • Marinara Sauce by Rao’s Homemade. 12 1/2 fl oz.

  • 4 TBLSP chopped onion (49g)

  • 1 Garlic Clove minced

  • Water 64oz


  1. Saute chopped onion in butter

  2. Add minced garlic when onions are almost clear. Do no let burn

  3. Add marinara and tomato paste and water

  4. Use an immersion blender to mix (or a whisk for chunky gravy)

  5. Simmer 1-3 hours

Gayle’s Keto Meatballs

Ingredients: (Makes 11)

  • Ground Pork 16oz

  • Ground Turkey 16oz

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 3 TBLSP chopped onion (39g)

  • 4 TBSLP Shredded Parmesan Cheese (39g)

  • Almond Flour 1 + 1/4 Cup

  • Two Large Eggs

  • Water 2oz


  1. In a large bowl add ingredients plus any other seasons you would like. I add parsley, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, sweet basil, and a small amount of oregano.

  2. Mix with your hands, careful not to over mix.

  3. Shape into meatballs, about 5oz each

  4. Cook at 350 for about 30 - 40 min.

  5. Carefully drop into gravy and allow to simmer

  6. Can be eaten right away but tastes even better the next day.

Serving Sizes: 5oz Meatball, 1/2 cup of Gravy
