Troys Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
/Serves 6.
Per serving: 21.5 g of Fat, 1.8 g of Net Carbs, 3.8 g of Protein
Ingredients
- 1 Stick of butter 
- 1 egg 
- 1/2 Cup Erythritol (I use swerve) (I do a little less than half a cup) 
- 1/4 Cup Organic no sugar added peanut butter (I use this) 
- 1 TBLSP vanilla extract 
- 14 grams of Lilys chocolate chips (or more to taste) 
- Pink salt (pinch to taste) 
Instructions
- Soften butter for 15 seconds in microwave 
- Add butter, egg, and peanut butter in a mixing bowl 
- Mix until creamy 
- Add vanilla extract 
- Add erythritol and Mix 
- Add salt and mix 
- Add chocolate chips and mix 
If you add almond flour and baking powder you can make cookies with this recipe but I just prefer it out of the bowl!
