Truffle Oil Brussel Sprouts with Parmesan Cheese


  • Brussel Sprouts (This recipe is for two people)

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • Truffle Oil (To taste)

  • Pepper

  • Pink Salt

  • Parmesan cheese (Shredded or Fresh)


  1. Preheat oven to 350f

  2. Chop ends off of Brussel sprouts (they should be able to sit upright with a square bottom)

  3. Cut into halves or quarters (for large sprouts)

  4. Put into bowl and add two tablespoons of olive oil

  5. Mix with hand until all sprouts are glistening

  6. Add salt and pepper and mix again

  7. Place sprouts on baking sheet

  8. Sprinkle salt all over baking sheet

  9. Bake on 350 for 10 minutes

  10. Broil on high for 1 minute and keep checking every 30 seconds until tops are brown or black (depending on how crispy you want)

  11. Pull out of oven and place back into bowl

  12. Drizzle truffle oil to taste and mix one more time

  13. Sprinkle shredded parmesan or grate or peel fresh parmesan onto Brussel sprouts and serve.
